These are all 2 Bedrooms with a full Bathroom, 950 square feet, with central air conditioning and heating, washer & dryer hookups, etc., located in a park like setting. Most of our apartments have recently been remodeled.

We're located in Washington Terrace, next to South Ogden and Riverdale. Just 2.3 miles from the I-15, and 0.7 of a mile to HWY-89 (Washington Blvd.).
We're close to shopping, restaurants, schools (even Weber State University),
a park, a hospital, and a bus stop (just 1/2 a block away).

If you have your own refrigerator we can give you a $10 monthly discount. We have a no vehicle (no parking) $5 monthly discount. Please call us; we may have more special discounts.
